Information you provide

Contact and property-inquiry forms collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, and message. The rental application collects the information you enter to evaluate your application, including contact details, date of birth, employment and income information, rental history, credit obligations, screening answers, references, and typed signatures.

Do not enter a Social Security number, driver's license number, bank-account number, or payment-card number on this website. Bradley Homes & Rentals will request any additional identification in person if it is needed.

How submissions are sent and used

The website sends submissions by email to Bradley Homes & Rentals. Rental applications are converted to a PDF and attached to that email. The website does not save submissions in a database. Email copies may remain in the recipient's email account, backups, or downloaded files.

The information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate rental applications, verify information when authorized, and maintain appropriate business records. It is not sold.

Retention and security

Bradley Homes & Rentals keeps submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the application, inquiry, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. Email is not the same as a secure applicant portal, so please consider that before submitting sensitive information.

Third-party services

The site uses Google Fonts and embedded Google Maps. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy practices.
